We are offering a wide range Antenna Positioners that are known as antenna positioner control unit APCU. These can cover antenna control that reaches from positioner to a full featured adaptive step track system. The systems are divided into two modules to cover these user requirements such as out door unit and in door unit.
Out Door Unit: It is a three axis antenna positioner offered with optional step track capability. This offers all interfaces to three motor controllers, such as DC servos or frequency invertors usually used in larger antennas. Three different control boards are offered to measure the azimuth, elevation and polarization angle. This covers different angle detectors used in satellite ground station. Following are the parts of Out Door Unit
s:
-
Analog resolver, covering the existing antennas
-
Digital angle detectors with SSI interface
-
Analog to digital interface to measure the voltage across a precision potentiomenter
Our range of Antenna Positioners has following other specifications.
-
The module can be directly integrated into a cabinet at the antenna
-
Receiver have a complete step track system integrated into the antenna cabinet
-
The unit includes a web server and offers its operator interface via web browser
-
The Ethernet is the main interface and the processor includes telnet services
-
The system is easy to maintain and all support can be performed remotely
-
The interface to high level M&C system is provided via Ethernet and TCP/IP
The unit is not only able to operate as a positioner, it is possible to upgrade the software optionally together with a L Band any receiver as a fully operational step rack system
-
The combination can be fully integrated in a cabinet at the antenna so that there is no need for 19 step in door equipment needed
