We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Anechoic Chambers that is designed as per various international standards. These include EMI/EMC /RFI /Anechoic Chambers and Absorbers that are assured to offer optimum performance. Our range of EMI/EMC /RFI /Anechoic Chambers is designed as per the ANSI C63.4, EN 50147-2, and CISPR 22 standards. However, the wide band cascade absorber is an ultra wide band absorber offered with an operating frequency of 10MHz to 40 GHz. The detailed description of our range of Anechoic Chambers is follows:


EMI/EMC /RFI /Anechoic Chambers
We offer EMI/EMC /RFI /Anechoic Chambers that are designed as per the ANSI C63.4, EN 50147-2, and CISPR 22 standards. Our range of 10 meter test range semi-anechoic chambers are used perform radiated emissions measurements at 10 meter distance. Manufactured using hybrid technology absorber lining, these achieves excellent electrical running with dimensions of only 18.0 m long x 12.0 m wide x 8.4 m high (59' x 39'-4" x 27'-6"). To cover the frequency range from 20 MHz to 40 GHz, the chambers are lined with ferrite tiles and hollow-taper, wedge-shaped, fully-matched absorbers. These are offered with white end caps, which are comprehensive absorbers and helps to enhance the illumination levels inside the chamber. The semi-anechoic chamber are used to executed radiated immunity measurements by positioning of ferrite tile floor plates and absorbers between the transmit antenna and EUT (Equipment under Test). These are in full compliance with IEC 1000-4-3 standard in the frequency range from 26 MHz to 18 GHz. We also offer turnkey solutions for EMI/EMC /RFI /Anechoic Chambers, which includes designing, installation and commissioning services. Further, following are some of the specifications of our range of chambers:

  • NSA deviation is guaranteed to be within ±3.5 dB for a test volume of 4 m Æ, 2.5 m high
  • The field uniformity is guaranteed over 75% of the surface (12 of the 16 points) of a vertical plane of 1.5 m x 1.5 m high, 0.8 m from the ground
  • Radiated emissions: Full compliance with ANSI C63.4, EN 50147-2, CISPR 22

Absorbers 
We provide Absorbers that are widely appreciated by the clients for high quality standards. Our wide band cascade absorber is an ultra wide band absorber offered with an operating frequency of 10MHz to 40 GHz. Available in small size and light weight with mechanical strength, these are perfect absorber solutions for higher frequency measurement applications in compact type and 2 meters /6meters fully complaint anechoic chambers. These magnetic resonance loss characteristic of ferrite files and dielectric beard with a performance matched, wedge shaped absorber. Our Absorbers are ferrite tiles and resistive, which ensures exact impedance matching from design to manufacture. An even and consistent carbon density is produced throughout the absorber and enhances absorption performance by the closed cell structure of the polystyrene. Further, the reflection attenuation of grater than 15db and provides exceptional high absorption performance over the operating frequency range from 10MHz to 40 GHz.
